Before establishing Impactiv, I had the privilege of working in one of the largest international law firms, where I was a member of the financial institutions and services team. Additionally, I gained valuable experience as an in-house counsel within an insurance company. These diverse roles have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
During my career, I successfully participated in various complex corporate and regulatory projects. These included M&A transactions with a focus on the financial and insurance sectors, cross-border transformations, adapting organizations to new legal and regulatory rules, reviewing and modifying financial and insurance products, resolving intricate consumer law issues, and handling compliance matters. Beyond project work, I provided day-to-day legal support to both internal and external clients.
I have handled cases related to cutting-edge technologies, actively participated in business transactions and disputes (with a focus on start-ups, IT, and InsurTech), and collaborated with experts from the Polish Insurance Chamber to develop a specialized cloud computing standard for the insurance industry. Additionally, I hold a degree in Law of New Technologies.
My current focus centers on advising the financial and insurance sectors, alongside my other leading specialization: sustainability law and ESG. I guide clients through the intricate landscape of these areas.
