For the last 12 years we have provided bespoke legal services to our clients.
Our history is however longer and it all goes back to attorney Leszek Baginski who started practicing business law and helping foreign clients establish companies, joint ventures and investment funds in the beginning of the 80 ties in Poland.
Offices in New York and Warsaw
Wojciech Baginski continued this family tradition and after graduating from University of Warsaw School of Law in Poland embarked to the States where he graduated from University of Virginia School of Law, successfully passed the Bar exam in New York and subsequently – despite the financial crisis – in 2009 opened his firm with offices in New York and Warsaw – jurisdictions where he perfected his legal skills, cooperated with, and learned from many established international lawyers.
His practice – focused on representing businesses but also private clients in matters with an international element quickly grew. In 2014 the firm expanded its services to cover also UK.
Since the inception its focus was on shared economy concepts, the rising benefit corporation movement and stakeholder, purpose oriented businesses. Today the firm is known for being the first in Poland and still one of very few in CEE to focus its practice in this area.
Growing team
In 2017 attorney Monika Grybska – a young and very talented litigator joined the firm adding fresh energy and ideas for growth of the firm. Since then our team has grown exponentially – adding superb attorneys from different practice areas. All our members are true believers of team work and extreme collaboration concepts.
